Canadian Environmental/Conservation Organizations/Authorities/Institutions

Arranged Alphabetically by Jurisdiction

Use this list to start making contact with environmental organizations/authorities/institutions in your area that may be interested in liaising with and even aiding your society’s orchid conservation efforts. Being new, this list may include names that could be deleted and fail to mention more that should be added; the plan is to therefore periodically revise it as your comments and suggestions warrant. Try also approaching urban park authorities with the idea of establishing beds of ethically sourced native orchids; it may prove an idea they find very attractive. Partnership can work wonders!
